“Love for Sale”
I don’t think I can start this blog without saying that I actually hate those who are going to be able to take advantage of this product. Not because of the price so much, although it’s not exactly your standard tub, but simply because of the space that is needed to accommodate something as large as this tub.
What it is, though, is a big tub that is actually a spa. It’s put out by BainUltra, which, in a fitting bit of providence, is a Canadian firm. I mean, think about it. With winters like those north of the border, the thought of spending a sizeable portion of the day in a hot tub cannot be entirely unwelcome!
What these people are actually selling is a fantasy, and they’re able to deliver it, because they are the makers of dreams. It’s not a bathroom, if you have the money and the vision to make it more than that. If you’re one of those fortunate enough to live in homes that even now, despite the recent readjustment in prices, are worth considerably more than you paid for them, the equity thus provided may well be your ticket to the price of items as expensive as these. Now all you need is the vision.
And that’s where BainUltra comes in. I mean, you know the drill, right? Shave, shower, and out the door and into the grind of another day in the business world that consumes us all. If only there were a break from it all. Well, son-of-a-gun, here they come with something that makes every kind of sense. What BainUltra most wants to provide for their clients is not a tub or a shower, not even a spa. What they are attempting to provide is a whole world all unto itself, which is what your bathroom can become, if only you approach it with a bit of ingenuity.
I started this by saying that I’m envious, but I said that tongue in cheek. Actually, the wife and I do have a spa, and we use it a lot. It does marvelous things for you. Unfortunately, we have it outside, but on the other hand we do have a separate building for it—not one of those ticky-tacky I’m-about-to-fall-down essentially fake redwood structures, but something I built with my own hands—and built right. Still, our spa is there, and our bathroom is here. And if one has the room for it, there’s just no denying that having the spa here is definitely the way to go.
The product line BainUltra has developed will go into any bathroom with the room for these fixtures—and transform that most necessary of rooms into something even more necessary. Their assertion is that the bathroom can become a haven. Does it work? Does it ever!
