Scavolini has a terrific lineup of minimalist kitchens-none of which I am going to get (see above)-but they also have an equally impressive lineup of traditional kitchen designs, especially the one at the top of this blog.

I came across a wonderful idea for our kitchen and any others who have a kitchen that small. It’s less. And more. It’s Miele’s slimline dishwasher, and it wails! It blew my mind, because of its small size and what it will do for (1) my kitchen planning, (2) my dishes and (3) my sanity, pretty much.

As usual on a site as rich as this one, I downloaded considerably more pictures than I can use in so truncated a format as these blogs, but for those who are interested in bringing a bit of old world charm to their home, I can think of nothing better than Sassafrass Pottery.

One of the things that comes from those with vision is kitchen designs like these from Toncelli. How much or little these kitchens blend into the rest of the room is an item that is very much at your discretion, but they all do a wonderful job with the Great Room concept.
