A few weeks ago I talked about Giquardo Flat Line sinks, pointing out that for me a bathroom sink with a basin of any depth is essentially unneeded. But not everyone feels that way, which is why Giquardo came up with a permutation on their glorious design which is called, aptly enough, the Bowl.

These hoods from Best S.p.A are very much a case in point. I like them because they are both quite a bit less in size than gargantuan, and they’re innovative. The trouble with some of the other kitchen hoods I have written about is that they are entirely too big for our kitchen.

Depending on the model and accessories chosen, one can obtain kitchen units from Kitchoo with an integrated refrigerator/freezer, 2-burner induction cooktop, telescopic faucet, microwave oven grill, integrated kitchen hood, and silverware drawers. You can even get a three-bin trash disposal drawer!

Giquardo has come up with a number of sinks and vanities, all of which occupy the absolutely most minimal spaces possible, and still somehow, infuse that tiny space with a presence all their own. Sinks like these immediately become the focal point of a bathroom.
