Vermont Castings has a full line of barbecue grills with a wide range of price points, but I can’t help featuring the 522 Signature Series because this baby pretty much has it all, starting with 990 square inches of cooking space. I’m told that it is possible to grill 36 burgers at once.

What you have with the Sanyo HPS-SG4 Indoor Barbecue Grill is a nice-sized, nice-priced, indoor barbecue grill that just has to be the ticket for the winter months when you’re hankering for a barbecued cheeseburger, although I’m told it’s good for anything a body wants to barbecue.

These people have really done their homework. This lineup of products is a combination of conventional concepts and hey-wouldn’t-it-be-nice-if-someone-thought-of-a-way-to-do-such-and-such. They have a number of barbecuing products that use gas, but my favorite has always been charcoal, although it is becoming increasingly difficult to find anything in that line these days, and especially so, if the barbecue itself has any kind of style and grace about it.
