Something like the Iglu “Apple” wicker daybed by Skyline Design would be just the place for kids and adults to snuggle into with their favorite books. Or, if the day lends itself to such things, the top can be removed to let the sunshine in.

Dedon makes some of the most innovative and hedonistic outdoor furniture I believe I have ever seen. What I particularly like about the designs they have put together is the sheer indulgence of them. They’re the sort of furniture a person uses to just spoil heck out of himself.

One of the things I most like about design is, well, design, and I tend to chase that muse wherever it leads, which brings me right back to Allegro Classics because, as it turns out, in addition to having some glorious designs in outdoor furniture, they are actually located in my own California.
